Stop chasing parents for money.
For the coach, team manager or treasurer still tracking fees in a spreadsheet and Venmo screenshots. Load your roster, set the fee, send every family a payment link. Reminders handle the rest.

Set up before the first practice
About five minutes with the roster your league already sent you.
- 1
Paste your roster
Straight from the league spreadsheet. Phone numbers get cleaned up, and siblings land under one family.
- 2
Set the fee
Pay in full or in installments. Add sibling discounts and scholarships player by player.
- 3
Send the links
Every family gets an email with their own payment page, plus one text asking if they want reminders that way.
- 4
Watch it fill in
See who's paid, who's late and what's left. Mark cash, checks and Venmo as they come in.
One price per team
$15 a month while your season runs, for the whole roster. Cancel between seasons. Card payments carry Stripe's usual processing fee, which you can pass on to parents.
Questions coaches ask
- Do parents need an account?
- No. Each family gets a private link by email. It shows what they owe for each kid and lets them pay. Siblings are on one page, so they pay once.
- Where does the money go?
- Straight to your team's own Stripe account, which pays out to the team's bank. TeamDues never holds it. Refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.
- Half my parents pay with Venmo or cash.
- That's fine. Record those payments in a few seconds and their reminders stop. You can skip card payments entirely and still use the roster, balances and reminders.
- Won't parents get annoyed by reminders?
- Reminders go 7 days before a due date, on the day, then a few after if it's late. They stop the moment a family is paid up. Texts only go to parents who reply YES, and you can pause any family, no questions asked.
- What do you store about the kids?
- First and last name. That's it. No birth dates, photos, medical details or kids' contact information. Everything is entered by adults.
- Can the treasurer and coach both use it?
- Yes. Anyone you add can see balances and record payments.
